Details of Research Project:

The postdoc will combine in-utero injection method and imaging approaches to study mechanism of mouse salivary gland and mammary gland formation, focusing on how branching morphology was formed.

Technical Duties: (include any protocols)

In-utero injection, Confocal microscopy on both sectioned and whole-mount tissues, Sequencing library preparation, Standard molecular and cellular biology assays, Mouse genotyping.

Educational and other Requirements for the position: PhD or equivalent in biology.

Experience Required: Accomplished PhD research in biology.

Goals/Outcomes of the Research Project: Understand how mouse salivary gland and mammary gland form branching structures during development.
