Power BI Developer/Administrator (Work-from-home)

Salary: ₱120,000 – ₱140,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer / Administrator to join our analytics team. This role focuses on developing, optimizing, and administering Power BI solutions while supporting the operational needs of the Analytics Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Power BI development and administration, with the ability to design scalable data models and manage workspace security effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.

• Design and implement star schema data models for efficient reporting.

• Utilize DAX, Power Query/M, and SQL to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

• Manage and administer Power BI workspaces, including security, permissions, and deployment pipelines.

• Collaborate with the Analytics Engineering team to support operational requirements.

• Contribute to the adoption and integration of Microsoft Fabric capabilities.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong Power BI development experience.

• Advanced proficiency in DAX.

• Solid SQL knowledge.

• Expertise in data modelling (star schema design).

• Power Query/M and semantic model development.

• Experience with Fabric workspaces.

Desirable Skills

• Microsoft Fabric experience (Lakehouse concepts, Dataflows Gen2).

• Basic Fabric administration.

• Azure DevOps integration.

• Power BI Service administration.

• Workspace security and permissions management.

• Deployment pipeline configuration.
