Full Job Description:

Job Type – Full Time


Typical Procedures/Cases: Epidural Steroid Injections, (Cervical Lumbar and Thoracic), FACET Joint Injections, Medial Branch Blocks, Radio Frequency Ablations, Joint Injections, Stellate Ganglion Blocks, Lumbar Sympathetic Blocks

Duties:
  • New/Existing Patient exams and consultations
  • Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
  • Chart Reviews
  • Documentation-timely and accurate
  • Collaboration/Referral with colleagues, supportive staff, and patients
  • Patient Education

Job Requirements:
Physician Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R
Current License in NC
