Selected associates will be provided with the training necessary for them to work in key supervisory and management positions. Our Management Development Program is designed to meet individual needs and will usually focus on one area of specialisation. Each management trainee is provided with specific training and hands on experience in the focus department as well as exposure in various related departments.
