Allen & Allen is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to manage client case files. This includes providing excellent service and organizational skills to ensure our clients are receiving the best outcome for their case. The Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant is a full-time non-exempt level position focused on client care who reports to an Attorney or Claims Consultant. The responsibilities of the Pre-Litigation Legal Assistant are to manage the day-to-day critical tasks on cases, from Intake to settlement or Litigation, by supporting clients, and working alongside the Attorney or Claims Consultant to seek the best results for our clients.
