Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney

Dordick Law Corporation, a mid-sized personal injury law firm, is seeking an experienced personal injury attorney to oversee our growing pre-litigation department.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the firm's pre-litigation cases with the assistance of our case managers, legal assistants, and investigator.
• Maintain regular and proactive communication with clients, including providing timely updates.
• Evaluate cases and develop strategies for medical management to enhance case value and obtain maximum settlements
• Collaborate with other attorneys to develop strategies for cases that will proceed to litigation.
• Track all statutes and deadlines and regularly audit pre-litigation cases to ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• At least 3 years experience in pre-litigation, personal injury case management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
