Pre Primary/Primary Assistant Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre Primary/Primary Assistant Teacher to join our established CBSE affiliated school located near Sushant Lok, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children. As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of pre-primary students. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes active learning and engagement among students. - Support the lead teacher in managing classroom activities and maintaining a positive classroom environment. - Facilitate activity-based learning experiences that encourage creativity and critical thinking. - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to foster a collaborative educational environment. - Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. - Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Required Skills: - Graduation and NTT/ECCE/D.El.Ed./Montessori trained. - Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pre Primary Co-Teacher in a reputed school or play school. - Strong ability to handle pre-primary class students with patience and understanding. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students and parents. - Knowledge of activity-based teaching methodologies to create an engaging learning experience. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 25K per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
