Pre-Primary Teacher

As a Pre-Primary Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the early development of children, guiding them through their formative years with creativity and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 2-6 years. - Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support the educational journey of each child. - Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their learning experience. - Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational program. - Organize and participate in school events and activities that promote community involvement and parental engagement. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment. - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. - Knowledge of Montessori and other early childhood education methodologies is a plus.
