Prep Cook/Dishwasher

Company Overview: Charleston Peak Winery is currently seeking a skilled Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team and enhance the wine-tasting experience by preparing delicious food items to complement our wines.

Position Summary: As a Prep Cook at CPW, your role will involve preparing and cooking simple, yet delicious, food items in our restaurant. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and managing food inventory. Previous kitchen experience is a requirement for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items that pair well with our wines and enhance the tasting experience.
• Follow established recipes and maintain consistent quality.
• Clean and maintain the kitchen, ensuring it meets health and safety standards (includes dishwashing).
• Monitor and manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to coordinate service as needed.
