We are looking for an AWS Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of hybrid cloud and migration solutions, helping customers modernize infrastructure, optimize workloads, and achieve measurable business outcomes. AWS architecture, migration, and modernization remain core focus areas across our cloud services practice.
As an AWS Solution Architect, you will work closely with customers, project teams, and stakeholders to design and implement secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help customers assess their current environments, define migration and modernization strategies, and deliver cloud architectures aligned to business and technology goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing end-to-end AWS and hybrid cloud architectures that support business transformation, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Leading cloud assessments, discovery workshops, and architecture reviews to define cloud adoption and modernization roadmaps.
- Developing solution architectures, technical specifications, implementation plans, and migration strategies for enterprise environments.
- Advising customers on cloud best practices, governance, resiliency, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery planning. AWS modernization and landing zone strategies are key focus areas within SoftwareOne's cloud services portfolio
- Collaborating with delivery teams to guide implementation, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supporting presales activities including customer presentations, solution workshops, project scoping, and proposal development.
