【工作內容】

4. 協助業務人員在產品上基礎知識訓練及提供客戶產品使用方面的技術訓練。
5. 協助專案資源整合與問題解決。
6. 熟悉系統整合經驗能力者。
7. 業務主管交辦事項。
【必要條件】
1. 3年以上B2B客戶溝通、系統導入、技術顧問、數位轉型或解決方案規劃相關經驗。
2. 能理解 API、資料庫、企業系統整合及權限管理等基本概念。
3. 具備良好的需求訪談、簡報與客戶溝通能力。
