Job Summary :

We are hiring a Presales / Solutions Engineer for a leading data center and critical infrastructure solutions organisation. You will be the technical authority in customer conversations, turning requirements into compliant, winning proposals and fast-converting pilots.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical sales support for data center, colocation, enterprise and MEP opportunities.
• Validate solution designs across power, cooling, UPS, generators and DCIM.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos and customer workshops.
• Prepare accurate BOMs/BOQs and technical proposals.
• Perform site surveys and capacity assessments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFQs with detailed compliance responses.
• Design and run pilots and proofs of concept, and drive them to conversion.
• Enable channel partners, SIs and consultants through training and technical support.
• Work closely with sales, delivery and OEM teams to keep proposals compliant and deliverable.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in data center, MEP or critical infrastructure (presales, design or projects).
• Deep knowledge of power systems, UPS, generators, precision cooling and DCIM.
• Familiarity with Uptime Tier, TIA-942, ASHRAE and PUE/TCO concepts.
• Proven experience with RFPs, BOM creation and technical solution design.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder skills.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical or a related field.
