As a presales manager, you will be responsible for harmonizing the company’s product, operations, technical, and commercial departments and translating these into solid business propositions. The presales role is to validate the business case and service description throughout the implementation process and guide or manage the formal agreement with the client.

What you will do

• Develop and present sales propositions
• Prepare business cases and related service descriptions
• Prepare and maintain sales presentations
• Coordinate and align with product, technical, commercial, finance, and legal teams to prepare winning RFP, RFQ, and tender responses
• Maintain the CRM system for business development
• Participate in sales meetings and occasionally pitch at the CXO level
• Assist in market research and competition mapping
• Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assess customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company
• Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the client
• Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support

What you will bring

• Proven track record of at least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, working for FinTech, telecom/technology, or banking sectors
• BSc and MA/MSc in business, science, engineering, or marketing. MBA will be considered a plus
