Job Description

We are looking for a Presales Senior Solution Architect with strong Enterprise Service Management (ESM) expertise to lead end-to-end solutioning, estimation, pricing, proposals, and customer presentations for ServiceNow and Atlassian solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery, solution design, effort estimation, pricing, and proposal development.
• Prepare and respond to RFIs, RFPs, BAFOs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Conduct discovery workshops, product demos, and solution presentations, including CXO-level discussions.
• Develop delivery models for implementations, migrations, assessments, and managed services.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and platform partners on licensing, solutioning, and deal closure.
• Support solution defence, customer negotiations, and handover to delivery teams.

Required Skills

• Strong presales and solutioning experience in IT / Enterprise Service Management.
• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional workflows such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, IRM, CSM, or Security Operations.
• Working knowledge of Atlassian Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• Experience in effort estimation, resource planning, pricing, proposal writing, and SOW preparation.
• Understanding of ServiceNow licensing, integrations, automation, platform governance, and GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and solution defence skills.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is mandatory.

Good to Have

• ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
• SIAM or advanced ITIL certifications.
• Atlassian certifications and exposure to Agile, Design Thinking, or TOGAF.
• Experience in BFSI, Retail, or Healthcare & Life Sciences.
