Presales Solution Consultant (Enterprise Network & Security)
Summary
Presales solution consultant at Net Bright designing and presenting enterprise network and security solutions to government and private-sector clients: analyzing TOR/RFPs, producing HLDs, network diagrams, BOM/BOQs and technical proposals, running demos/POCs, then handing over to engineering. Core products: Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto.
Salary: ฿40,000 – ฿60,000 per month
About the role
Design and present enterprise network and security solutions to government and private sector clients, from requirements analysis through solution design, technical proposal preparation, and handover to the engineering team.
Key responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements, TOR/RFP, and existing customer systems in collaboration with the Sales team
Design solutions for Enterprise Network, Network Security, and IT Infrastructure aligned with customer needs, budget, and technical standards
Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Network Diagrams, and Solution Architecture
Create BOM/BOQ, sizing, specifications, and verify equipment and license compatibility
Define project scope of work, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and exclusions
Prepare technical proposals, compliance documentation, and technical clarification documents
Present solutions and respond to customer technical questions
Plan and conduct site surveys, demos, POC, and technical validation before sales closure
Coordinate with vendors and partners for product information, solution verification, and pricing support
Prepare technical handover to Technical Lead and engineering team after project award
About you
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Presales, Solution Design, or Network Engineering
Knowledge of Enterprise Network technologies including Routing, Switching, Wireless, SD-WAN, and Network Management
Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, STP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VPN, NAT, QoS, and High Availability
Knowledge of Network Security including Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN, Access Control, and Security Policy
Ability to analyze TOR/RFP and prepare HLD, Network Diagrams, BOM/BOQ, specifications, and scope of work
Ability to design solutions using Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or related enterprise products
Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical concepts to executives and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work effectively with Sales, Engineers, Project Managers, vendors, and customers
Ability to travel for meetings, site surveys, and customer presentations
Experience in System Integrator business or government projects is preferred
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, HCIA, HCIP, PCNSE, Fortinet FCP, or related certifications are preferred
