Pricing Analysis Manager

- Produces and secures the distribution of pricing information (electronic media and catalogs), and maintains a library of analytical programs. Implements pricing changes throughout the company and the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate pricing data in order management and rebates systems including account setup and data verification; tracks and monitors win/loss data such as requests for quotes.
- Makes pricing recommendations on new product pricing and price changes; implements and reviews price adjustments; executes pricing strategy at a new product or market segment level. Leads, manages, or participates in pricing improvement projects; develops outcome and pricing improvements.
- Creates reports and analysis; presents results and conclusions to managers. Provides direct and prompt assistance to customers regarding complex pricing issues through various media (phone, email, fax, letter).
- Maintains confidential information and manages the use of this information appropriately. Contributes to continuous improvement teams and implements new processes and programs. Coaches and mentors less experienced Pricing Analysts.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Accounting or a related subject required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
- Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
- This role will fully support CPG direct sales BOP cost management
- BOP Procurement: Engage into RFQ processes, review tender requirements, participate in technical and commercial discussions, define project scope and interfaces, conduct quotation analysis, negotiate pricing, select suppliers, and prepare commercial quotations.
- BOP Supplier development & cost optimization: Engage BOP supplier mid-long term development design and drive annual supplier engagement and reviews, perform cost structure analysis, identify optimization opportunities, and develop sourcing and cost-reduction strategies.
- This role will take partial of CPG sales pricing work
- Support Genset/G-drive sales daily bidding program, quotation mgt.& support to daily bidding including activities with customers and internal stakeholders, pricing analysis, cost analysis & verification etc.
- Program-based cost management, e.g. CCEC/CGT/DBU's internal cost mgt. & negotiation
- Responsible for CPG business analysis & database build
- Other tasks to be assigned in sales operation scope
