We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Pricing Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our pricing function by delivering valuable insights that influence commercial decisions and improve business performance.

Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will become the analytical lead within the pricing team, transforming complex data into meaningful recommendations that support profitability, pricing strategy and long-term growth.

What You will Be Doing

As our Pricing Analyst, you will:

  • Develop customer profitability models and provide clear, actionable commercial insights.
  • Analyse product, category and supplier margins to identify pricing opportunities and reduce margin leakage.
  • Review customer purchasing behaviour, pricing performance and market trends.
  • Evaluate promotions and pricing initiatives, recommending improvements to maximise profitability.
  • Build and maintain pricing dashboards, reports and KPIs to support business decision-making.
  • Present pricing, margin and profitability insights to stakeholders across the business.
  • Monitor pricing compliance, governance and reporting accuracy.
  • Lead pricing analytics projects and support enhancements to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to strengthen pricing processes and commercial performance.

What We are Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines analytical expertise with strong commercial awareness.

You will Bring:

  • Experience in a Pricing, Commercial, Finance, Revenue Management or Data Analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in profitability, margin or commercial performance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets.
  • The ability to interpret data, explain the story behind the numbers and recommend practical business actions.
  • Strong commercial judgement and confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or other ERP/Pricing systems.
  • Experience developing dashboards or reporting automation.
  • Exposure to manufacturing, retail, agriculture or another commercially driven industry.
