Summary
In-house PeopleSoft techno-functional lead for an enterprise financial-services organization: owns design and support of multi-country payroll, building PeopleSoft Global Payroll/HCM solutions, writing PeopleCode and Application Engine processes, and managing Integration Broker integrations with external payroll and compliance providers.
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per month
An established enterprise organization managing complex, multi-country human resources and financial operations. They operate a customized internal ERP environment and need a dedicated technical expert to ensure their critical HR data and payroll processing systems remain accurate, compliant, and scalable across different regions.
The Role & Landscape: You will take ownership of the technical and functional design for international payroll systems.
Build, configure, and support PeopleSoft Global Payroll and HCM solutions.
Write and troubleshoot PeopleCode, Application Engine processes, and reporting logic.
Manage integrations linking core HR data with external payroll and compliance providers using Integration Broker.
Translate country-specific tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements into technical system rules.
What We Are Looking For:
5-8 years of hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant or Analyst in the PeopleSoft ecosystem.
Solid expertise specifically in the Global Payroll and HCM modules.
Strong programming and configuration skills: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker.
Ability to sit with HR and Compliance stakeholders, understand payroll logic, and independently build the solution.
