You will establish operating rhythms, business reviews, reporting systems, and roadmap coordination. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, frame decisions with KPI insights, triage inbound requests, identify operational bottlenecks, and partner with stakeholders to improve product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build operating rhythms, reviews, and forums
- Lead cross-functional projects
- Support leadership decision-making with KPIs and risk insights
- Maintain reporting, business review, roadmap, and initiative systems
- Scope and launch new initiatives
- Prepare executive updates and strategic materials
- Triage inbound requests and ensure follow-through
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Use business intelligence to support product managers and leadership
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to improve product experience
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in business operations, product operations, strategy, consulting, or similar roles
- Project management
- Data interpretation using dashboards, KPIs, and financial and operational metrics
- Communication across executive and cross-functional audiences
- Organization and execution
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing
