The Principal Data Group Manager will be responsible for overseeing the data management team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data collected and analyzed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management, with experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the data management team and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data collected and analyzed
• Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to identify data needs and ensure data is collected and analyzed in a timely and accurate manner
• Lead data analysis and modeling efforts to identify trends and insights
• Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data management, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data management, with a focus on data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate with other departments
• Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, and Tableau
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
