Summary
Lead product discovery and strategy for Gusto Pro workflows, partnering with Engineering and Design to build and iterate AI-integrated tools for accountants.
You will lead product discovery for Gusto Pro workflows, define product vision and strategy, test concepts, partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science, build and iterate products, tell strategic stories, and improve product and business metrics for accountants.
Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery to understand customer problems
- Create long-term product vision and strategy
- Build iteratively to test hypotheses and concepts
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data Science throughout product development
- Execute and iterate products
- Balance hands-on building with strategic storytelling
- Define, measure, and improve product and business metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on Product Management and/or Product leadership experience
- Track record of leading R&D teams
- Expert product discovery skills
- Expert analytical skills
- Ability to tell compelling stories that drive alignment
- Exceptional collaboration skills
- Experience building products in the age of AI
- Passion for small and medium-sized businesses
