Principal/Senior Product Manager, AI & Web3 Wallet
You will drive the integration of Agentic Wallet infrastructure across emerging chains, protocols, and AI-native ecosystems. You will identify AI Economy opportunities, build developer-community relationships, develop wallet growth strategies, analyze user data, optimize conversion, and manage product iterations with R&D partners.
Responsibilities
- Drive Agentic Wallet infrastructure integrations across emerging chains, protocols, and AI-native ecosystems.
- Collaborate with business development teams to unlock strategic partnerships.
- Analyze AI Economy and AI-Web3 convergence trends to inform long-term product vision.
- Build relationships with developers to promote wallet services and increase integrations and usage.
- Develop user growth strategies to improve Web3 Wallet retention and activity.
- Monitor growth data and user behavior to optimize product experience, growth strategies, and conversion.
- Manage the product iteration process with the R&D team and ensure delivery follows schedule.
- Discuss business scenarios and technology trends to ensure product applicability and foresight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Over 2 years of experience in Web3 chains or Web3 wallets.
- At least 2 years of product management experience in a large internet company.
- Ability to abstract and simplify complex problems using first-principles thinking.
- Systematic thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to drive cross-team collaboration and timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Communication skills and flexible thinking.
- Interest in Web3 and awareness of industry trends.
