Principal / Senior Product Manager, Institution Onboarding Experience (KYB)
You will own and enhance compliance systems, focusing on the institutional onboarding experience. You will define product strategy and roadmaps, improve document collection, entity verification, and account activation workflows, and reduce user friction while preserving regulatory integrity. You will work with compliance, operations, business, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, transparent, audit-ready product solutions. You will use data, research, and experimentation to prioritize improvements, simplify complex processes through design and automation, and balance user, business, and regulatory needs.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for institutional onboarding, including document collection, entity verification, and account activation
- Identify regulatory and risk-control friction points and improve the customer experience while preserving integrity
- Collaborate with compliance, operations, and business teams to translate policy and compliance requirements into scalable product solutions
- Use data, research, and experimentation to make product decisions and prioritize improvements
- Simplify complex processes through product design and automation
- Drive stakeholder alignment across user experience, business needs, and regulatory obligations
- Design and deliver audit-ready, transparent product solutions adaptable to evolving regulatory standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to B2B, fintech, or enterprise platforms
- Experience building onboarding, identity verification, or enterprise account experiences
- Strong product intuition and a user-first mindset
- Strong analytical and data-driven skills
- Experience working with regulatory or risk requirements
- Ability to simplify complex workflows involving multiple stakeholders or roles
- Ability to work across technical, compliance, business, and operational teams to deliver compliant, scalable product solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills translating regulatory or operational needs into product requirements
