Principal/Senior Product Manager Payment
You will own payment products and define, build, and scale systems that support global money movement and access to crypto assets. You will develop product roadmaps, backlogs, and iterations; specify features and technical integration requirements; and coordinate delivery with design, content, data, engineering, legal, risk, compliance, marketing, customer support, and finance stakeholders. You will verify deliverables, prepare feature releases and user announcements, track product metrics and KPIs, optimize the customer experience using customer feedback, and ensure internal tools support new product launches.
Responsibilities
- Own payment products, including ACH, cards, wire, SEPA, FAST, and PIX
- Define and drive product roadmaps, backlogs, and iterations to achieve goals and KPIs
- Outline features and technical integration requirements
- Work with product designers, content writers, data analysts, and engineers to deliver products
- Verify squad deliverables and align customer support and stakeholders for feature releases and announcements
- Track product data metrics through product dashboards
- Drive product adoption and usage with marketing and risk teams
- Monitor customer friction and customer feedback to optimize the product experience
- Ensure effective internal tools are in place for new product launches
Requirements
- Product management experience in payments, including payments clearing, settlement, and fiat custody
- Experience designing and building payment systems
- Understanding of risk management for payment options
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing resources and priorities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans for product development, engineering, design, and marketing
- Technical ability to engage with platform and implementation details and design scalable, extensible solutions
- Proficiency identifying, defining, tracking, and acting on metrics and KPIs
- Experience working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain innovations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
