Principal Software Architect| Thane

The Principal Software Architect is a pivotal leadership role responsible for defining and driving the architectural strategy, design, and technical direction of our software products and platforms.

1. Lead the design and evolution of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, security, and cost-effectiveness.
2. Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to multiple development teams, promoting sound software engineering practices.
3. Conduct architectural reviews, design sessions, and code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.
4. Oversee the end-to-end design and implementation of software solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and business needs.
5. Ensure the implementation of robust quality standards, including performance optimization, reliability, data integrity, and cybersecurity.
6. Work with DevOps teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes.
7. Define and monitor key architectural metrics to ensure system health and performance.

M.Tech/B.Tech Or Equivalent Bachelors Degree

Min Experience: 12 years

Max Experience: 15 years

Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead architect role.
