We're looking for an exceptional software engineer who has embraced AI to the point where it has fundamentally changed the way they build software.
You'll be the technical engine behind a new software product, working with a very small group of product and market experts to turn ideas into working solutions at incredible speed.

Your primary focus will be AI-native development. You'll use, direct and orchestrate AI coding agents to design, build, test and deliver software – effectively becoming a force multiplier, capable of achieving what would traditionally require a much larger development team.

You will bring the engineering experience to know what good looks like, but you'll also be someone who understands how to get the very best out of AI. This means knowing how to break down problems, provide the right context, direct agents, review their output and ensure what gets delivered is robust, scalable and production-ready.

This is an opportunity to build a start-up style software product within a hugely successful technology business, with the freedom to experiment, move quickly and rethink what's possible when exceptional engineering meets AI.

What you'll bring
We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about AI and is already operating at the forefront of AI-native software development.

You'll bring:
• An exceptional background in software engineering and system design.
• Deep, hands-on experience using AI coding agents to build software.
• The ability to orchestrate multiple AI agents and manage complex development workflows.
• A strong understanding of how to use AI to accelerate the entire software development lifecycle.
• The engineering judgement to validate AI-generated code, architecture, testing and security.
• A highly experimental, curious and delivery-focused mindset.
• The ability to turn ideas into working products quickly, without compromising quality.
You won't be someone who simply uses AI to help write code. You'll be someone who has fundamentally changed how they engineer software and knows how to make AI do the heavy lifting.
