Principal, Strategy and Operations Manager - GBSG U.S. Marketing
Intuit is a mission-driven, global financial platform company that gives everyone the opportunity to prosper. We do this by using technology to solve our customers’ most important problems. We serve customers by finding more ways to put more money in their pockets, eliminating work and drudgery so they can focus on their lives and what matters to them, and ensuring that every financial decision that they make, they make it with confidence. We are also at an important point in Intuit’s transformation, as AI and human intelligence reshape both the experiences we deliver for customers and how we operate. Across GBSG, that means making sharper choices about where we invest, how we grow, and how we move with greater speed and focus.
As a Principal Strategy and Operations Manager, you will sit at the center of Commercial Operations, the connective tissue between strategy and execution across the commercial organization. You'll own the planning rhythm, drive the initiatives that unlock growth and profitability, and turn ambiguous business problems into decisions leadership can act on. Working at the intersection of business strategy, data analysis, and AI-enabled operations, you'll partner closely with finance, marketing, sales, and product to translate priorities into measurable outcomes and to build the operating cadence that keeps them on track. Be part of a high-growth environment where your contributions have direct, visible impact. We are looking for a strategic operator who is an avid learner, experimenter, and builder, ready to rewire how Commercial Operations runs in the AI era.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute key business initiatives to drive growth and profitability. Own and evolve the quarterly and annual planning process, helping leaders make explicit choices about priorities, investments, tradeoffs and sequencing. Use AI-assisted tools to compress cycle time and get to decisions faster.
Project Management and Cross-functional Collaboration: Manage strategic initiatives from conception to execution, collaborating with finance, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation. Identify and drive mitigation strategies, prioritize initiatives, and ensure alignment with cross-functional leaders to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
Performance and Data Analysis: Identify and recommend improvements to processes and systems, conducting in-depth analyses of business performance, market trends, and operational metrics to enhance efficiency and inform strategic decisions. Use AI and automation to expand the scope and speed of analysis, and to automate recurring reporting so effort shifts from data assembly to insight.
Executive Communication: Shape executive decisions by distilling complex analysis and data into clear recommendations, alternatives, and tradeoffs. Communicate those insights through crisp presentations, written narratives, and other executive-ready materials that create the clarity and alignment leaders need to make decisions and move.
AI Enablement and Velocity: Bring a demonstrated track record of using AI to meaningfully increase personal and team throughput. Design changes that address root causes rather than adding another process or layer.
