Private Banking KYC Analyst | Up to $5,500 | 1-Year Contract
📍 Location: Asia Square
📄 Employment: 1-Year Contract
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month
🌴 22 Days Annual Leave + 1 Birthday Leave
What You'll Be Doing:
• Perform and oversee KYC checks for Private Banking clients, ensuring compliance with MAS requirements and internal AML/KYC policies
• Conduct Level 1 reviews of KYC documentation and customer profiles, ensuring information is accurate and complete
• Review CDD information including Source of Wealth (SOW) and Source of Funds (SOF) documentation
• Conduct periodic reviews and assess client risk profiles
• Support Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients, including PEPs and clients from high-risk jurisdictions
• Identify KYC and AML risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures
• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Operations, and senior stakeholders to resolve KYC-related issues
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and static customer data
• Prepare KYC metrics, reports, and compliance updates for management
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate KYC processes
• Support ad-hoc compliance projects and initiatives
