Process Engineer (Automation & Assembly, Manufacturing)
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing operations, focusing on process optimisation, equipment reliability, productivity and OEE improvement.
- Lead automation, equipment upgrade and assembly improvement projects, including troubleshooting, tooling/fixture enhancement and process development.
- Drive initiatives to improve yield, quality and production output, while supporting preventive maintenance, calibration and equipment risk assessments.
- Manage engineering projects, validation activities and capital expenditure, working closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with applicable quality, safety and environmental standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of experience in process engineering, automation and assembly manufacturing.
- Experience with assembly processes, automation, tooling/fixtures, equipment improvement and troubleshooting.
- Project management and process/equipment validation experience.
- Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, with knowledge of cGMP, ISO 13485, ISO 14971 or FDA requirements.
