Process Engineer
KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Process Engineer is a technical professional who will be responsible in continuously improving and optimizing the plant procesess to increase productivity and expand output and services. He/She will be the sustaining process engineer who will take the lead role in installing control systems for the established processes and in addressing and communicating technical issues encountered. He/She is accountable for the successful completion of assigned tasks and preparation of Process Engineering deliverables. He/She will report directly to Process Engineering Manager and is expected to work effectively as a member of the Process Engineering Group. This position will function in a manner consistent with the values of II-VI Performance Metals.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

At least a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in an Engineering Discipline, preferably BS Chemical Engineering or BS Metallurgical Engineering

At least 3 years experience in chemical/manufacturing operations or similar environment

Experience in process simulation

Experience with manufaturing operations and products

Good analytical skills and should be detail-oriented

Good leadership and communication skills
