Process Engineer | Data Center Infrastructure | MNC | East
Responsibilities
To lead a team of process AE/Technician to work on all process related functions to ensure an efficiency production
To work with all internal departments to create a proper process operation flow as per customer & business requirement
To ensure production W/I is properly maintained include SFC control process & SAP maintain process
To lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations
To lead in process efficiency through process improvements, UPH tracking & Kaizen activities
To update EC masterlist & tracking
To prepare and update Working Instruction
To provide trainings over W/I to production
To support on the NPI Process
To support production on mass run
Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintain)
Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good project management skills.
