RF Assembly Process Engineer (PE)
Molex is seeking an experienced Assembly Process Engineer (PE), 負責 RF Connector、RF Cable Assembly、RF Module 等產品之組裝製程開發、改善與量產支援。
透過持續改善製程能力、設備效率、自動化導入及品質改善，提升生產良率、生產效率與客戶滿意度。
擔任製造現場與產品工程、品質工程及生產團隊之間的重要技術橋樑，確保產品穩定量產與持續優化。
負責 RF Connector / RF Cable Assembly 生產線的製程建立、優化、良率改善、設備改善、NPI支援、自動化導入，從產品試產至量產階段之完整製程管理。

What You Will Do (Job Description)
- 負責 RF Connector、RF Cable Assembly 製程建立與維護，產品製程穩定。
- 建立製程標準
- 維護製程能力
- 持續降低製程變異
- 提升製程穩定度
- 分析產品品質問題並執行改善，運用8D、Fishbone Analysis、DOE、SPC、Pareto Analysis、FMEA降低Scrap Rate、Rework Rate、Customer Complaint、COPQ。
- 支援量產問題排除(Production Support)：Daily Production Support、Line Audit、Process Verification、CAPA Implementation
- 支援新產品(Prototype Build、EVT、DVT、PVT、MP Transfer)導入
- Build Preparation
- Process Validation
- Process Capability Study
- Work Instruction Development
- Operator Training
- 負責設備改善與效率提升，改善OEE、UPH、Yield、Downtime
- 自動化治具開發與自動組裝設備導入，目標Reduce Labor Cost、Increase Capacity、Improve Consistency
- Documentation Control，建立並維護SOP/WI/Control Plan/PFMEA/Process Flow/Equipment Specification/Validation Report，確保符合APQP/PPAP/ISO9001/IATF16949及其他相關品質控管需求。
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Major in Mechanical Engineering、Manufacturing Engineering、Industrial Engineering
What Will Put You Ahead
- 2nd Language: English. Be able to join global meetings in English.
- 3~5年以上製程工程師經驗，具備有Micro product assembly 經驗為佳(RF Connector、RF Cable Assembly、Precision Assembly、Electronics Assembly、SMT Assembly)
