Job Summary:

Join a dynamic engineering team to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, support customer projects, and drive process innovation and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers’ engineering teams in process development activities.
• Develop new and enhanced process formulations, and define equipment requirements and specifications.
• Review and evaluate processing techniques and manufacturing methods to support product fabrication and performance.
• Coordinate design requirement reviews with engineering and scientific teams to ensure process compatibility.
• Compile, analyze, and evaluate test data to establish process parameters, specifications, and operating limits.
• Plan and execute projects involving new process concepts, equipment automation technologies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot manufacturing processes and system integration issues.
• Support the development and implementation of new or improved processing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering/Materials Science Engineering/Physics, or related disciplines.
• Academic / Internship / Working experience in lab work with strong analytical skills in interpreting data and understanding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, when required to support operational and project needs.
• Experience in project management is an added advantage.
