As a Procurement Business Partner, you'll build trusted relationships across the organisation and act as a key link between procurement and the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll take the time to understand their objectives, translate business needs into practical procurement solutions, and lead sourcing activities that deliver commercial value, manage risk, and support organisational outcomes. You'll play an important role in embedding best-practice procurement while helping teams achieve their goals in a fast paced and operationally critical environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, becoming a trusted advisor who helps teams make informed commercial decisions and achieve their objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives across a diverse range of categories, balancing commercial outcomes, risk management, and organisational priorities.

  • Identify and deliver commercial opportunities that generate measurable savings, cost avoidance, service improvements, or broader business value.

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenge thinking constructively, and identify opportunities to maximise value.

  • Drive the implementation of procurement best practice and contribute to the successful delivery of our Procurement Strategy.

  • Use spend insights, market intelligence, and data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities and support robust decision-making.

  • Champion a value-focused approach to procurement that improves efficiency, strengthens supplier outcomes, and supports organisational sustainability goals.

  • Support contract and supplier management activities to ensure suppliers deliver against expectations and organisational objectives.

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing or end-to-end procurement, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and value delivery.

  • Demonstrated experience independently leading procurement activities and sourcing projects, including engaging stakeholders, managing procurement processes, and delivering commercial outcomes.

  • Enjoys building trusted relationships and partnering with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Adaptable, curious, and committed to continuous learning. We value capability, mindset and drive

  • Resilient and confident, with the ability to respectfully challenge thinking, influence decisions, and support stakeholders through change.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and support evidence-based decision-making.

This opportunity is ideal for a procurement professional who can confidently lead procurement activity from planning through to contract award, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver meaningful commercial value in a fast-paced, operationally critical environment. While you'll need the experience to operate independently, you'll also have the opportunity to continue growing your procurement capability within a supportive and purpose-driven team.
