Procurement Data Analytics

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform data cleansing, validation and reconciliation to ensure procurement data accuracy.

• Prepare and organise datasets for reporting, analytics and governance reviews.

• Support system testing, UAT and data migration validation.

• Use Excel and Power BI to prepare reports, analyse trends and support dashboard development.

• Identify data discrepancies, investigate issues and coordinate follow-ups with relevant teams.

• Maintain data documentation, test results and issue logs.

• Support procurement data improvement projects and system enhancements.

• Explore AI and automation tools to improve data processing and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or a related discipline.

• Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.

• Comfortable working with datasets and performing detailed data cleansing, validation and reconciliation.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Good analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

The following would be advantageous but are not mandatory:

• Experience or training in data analytics.

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other dashboard/data visualisation tools.

• Familiarity with SQL, Python or other data analysis tools.

• Experience with AI tools or generative AI for data analysis, automation or productivity.

• Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise/procurement systems.

• Experience in UAT, data migration, data validation or system implementation projects.
