Procurement Executive (Ship Machineries)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely ordering of the day to day requisitions;
• Quotation and offers received to place order Ensure delivery on board through logistic chain from the supplier to the vessel;
• Report any specific vessel requirement;
• Manage procurement activities for Technical/Provision Ship Machinery items
• Source for suppliers based on competitive cost, quality, delivery performance
• Evaluate vendors & compare quality
• Maintain and build relations with new and existing suppliers
• Ensures timely delivery of goods
• Assist in audits on procurement related matters Any other adhoc duties assigned
