Procurement Product Activation Manager
You will own procurement implementations from close-won through go-live for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts. You will map workflows, configure future-state processes, guide CFOs and finance stakeholders through change management, activate bundled Bill Pay, provide product feedback, and support configuration questions during sales and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Own procurement implementation from close-won through go-live
- Map procurement workflows with CFOs, finance operations, IT, and legal stakeholders
- Design future-state procurement processes through change management
- Activate Bill Pay when it is bundled with procurement
- Provide structured product feedback to Engineering and Product
- Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers on configuration questions
- Manage 50–60 active implementations per quarter
- Improve implementation processes, playbooks, feedback loops, or configuration templates
Requirements
- Procure-to-pay experience, including purchase order creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP synchronization
- Experience configuring or managing procurement processes
- Confidence managing customer discovery and multiple decision-makers
- Strong follow-through across multiple implementations
- Ability to work independently in a constantly changing product environment
- Ability to distinguish user error, training gaps, and product limitations
- Experience with procurement software implementation, solutions, or customer success
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
- Consulting or structured discovery experience
