Procurement Specialist (Non-Tech), Banking /Maternity Cover Contract- UID: 2269
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing and RFx processes to contract execution and supplier management.
Lead sourcing activities across non-technology categories, including Sales & Marketing, Events, Creative Agencies, Corporate Services, and selected Facilities Management.
Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market analysis, and drive cost-effective procurement solutions.
Manage RFQ/RFP/RFI exercises, supplier evaluations, and provide commercial recommendations.
Negotiate pricing, service levels, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and business stakeholders throughout the procurement process.
Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, risk, and audit requirements.
Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related discipline.
5–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement, RFQ/RFP/RFI processes, and supplier negotiations.
Experience in non-technology procurement categories, particularly Sales & Marketing, Events, Corporate Services, and Facilities Management.
Good understanding of procurement governance, contract management, and supplier risk.
Experience with procurement systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Jaggaer) is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong negotiation, analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Negotiate favourable commercial and contractual outcomes.
Ensure compliance with procurement governance and risk requirements.
