Produce Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily produce department operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, product rotation, and merchandising.
• Maintain high standards for produce freshness, quality, food safety, and sanitation.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage shrink and spoilage.
• Lead, train, and support team members; prepare schedules and delegate daily tasks.
• Create attractive seasonal produce displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Review sales trends and adjust product selections to meet customer demand.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signage, and product labeling.
• Keep the department clean, safe, organized, and well-stocked.
• Deliver friendly, memorable customer service and create an engaging shopping experience.
• Partner with store leadership to meet department goals.
