Product Delivery - Senior Associate - Embedded Payments
Summary
Senior Associate bridging clients with JPMorgan’s product, tech, and ops teams to onboard clients to an API-first embedded payments platform and gather feedback to shape the product roadmap.
The Senior Associate will:
- Serve as the key bridge between Client / Client Solutions and JPM's Product / Tech/ Ops teams
- Help support net new Client onboardings to our highly technical, API-first product
- Act as the first point of contact for Client queries, ensuring a high-touch and bespoke experience
- Identify new opportunities by documenting Client feedback and working with Product Development to inform the product roadmap
- Monitor the performance of products and services by identifying and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., legal, risk, controls) to ensure compliance with both JPMC policy and regulatory commitments

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Payments and / or Client Onboarding experience with a technical product
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrixed program delivery structure
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization.
- Understanding of the global payments industry
- Undergraduate degree required
