Calyx Connect 是一個服務全球使用者的 AI 家禽產業平台。我們把複雜的營運資料，轉化成清楚、直覺且可靠的產品體驗。隨著團隊成長，我們正在尋找一位兼具產品思維與 UX/UI 執行力的產品設計師：不只決定產品「長什麼樣」，也會深入思考「要做什麼、為什麼做」，並對整體產品體驗負責。

## 你會負責的事

• 從概念發想到工程 handoff，主導產品設計的完整流程
• 自主判斷要做什麼、為什麼做與優先順序，並以商業目標、產品策略與數據為依據
• 將產品需求轉化為 user flow、wireframe、prototype，以及高完成度、可交付開發的介面
• 設計 user-friendly、直覺的介面與資料視覺化，讓使用者輕鬆理解複雜的資料、快速上手
• 建立並維護可擴充的 design system 與可重用的 UI 元件
• 與 stakeholder 及工程師緊密協作，收集需求、對齊方向，並確保設計確實落地
• 透過快速迭代持續優化易用性，並以產品數據與使用者回饋為依據
• 維持 web 與 mobile 之間一致且高品質的體驗
• 善用 AI 工具來輔助並加速日常工作

• 積極運用 AI 工具，讓工作更聰明、更快速

## 條件要求

• 至少 3 年數位產品設計經驗，B2B SaaS 或資料密集型 web 產品尤佳；具 agritech、IoT 或工業監控經驗加分
• 具備即戰力與專案管理能力，能對齊 stakeholder、掌控 scope 與時程，獨立負責專案從需求到交付的完整推進，並能在快節奏的環境中穩定交付
• 有實際將 AI 工具運用於設計流程的經驗
• 熟悉 Codex、Claude Code 等 AI coding 工具者尤佳
• 精通 Figma，並熟悉 design system、component library 與響應式設計
• 具備優秀的資訊架構（IA）與 user flow 能力
• 具備優秀的資料視覺化能力，並擅長處理複雜、高資訊密度的介面
• 能以中文與英文溝通

# Product Designer (UX/UI)

Calyx Connect is an AI-powered platform for the poultry industry, serving users around the world. We turn complex operational data into product experiences that are clear, intuitive, and reliable. As we grow, we're looking for a Product Designer who pairs product thinking with hands-on UX/UI craft: someone who helps shape not just how the product looks, but what to build and why, with end-to-end ownership of the experience.

## What You'll Own

• Own end-to-end product design, from concept through to engineering handoff
• Decide what to build and why, and in what order, grounded in business goals, product strategy, and data
• Turn product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished, developer-ready interfaces
• Design user-friendly, intuitive interfaces and data visualizations that help users quickly make sense of complex data
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and engineers, gathering requirements, aligning on direction, and ensuring designs are implemented faithfully
• Improve usability through rapid iteration, informed by product data and user feedback
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality experience across web and mobile
• Make effective use of AI tools to support and accelerate your day-to-day work

## What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years designing digital products, ideally B2B SaaS or data-heavy web apps; agritech, IoT, or industrial-monitoring experience a plus
• A self-starter with strong project-management skills, able to align stakeholders, manage scope and timelines, and independently drive projects from brief to handoff, contributing effectively from day one in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your design workflow
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Codex or Claude Code is a plus
• Advanced Figma skills, with a strong command of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design
• Strong information architecture and user-flow skills
• Strong data visualization skills and comfort with complex, information-dense interfaces
• Able to communicate in both Traditional Chinese and English
