Job Scope

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and user experience.
Translate business and user requirements into clear design concepts and solutions.
Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Create high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes from concept to completion.
Conduct research on materials, design techniques, market trends and consumer preferences.
Analyse new product ideas and identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues to continuously improve the overall user experience.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback.
Prepare and deliver design presentations to project and management teams.
Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices and standards.
Design and optimise digital experiences across web, Android and iOS platforms.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from product users.
Improve the design and usability of existing products.
Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design requirements.
Explore AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, draft creation and repetitive design tasks.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI-powered features that provide genuine user value.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of design aesthetics, including layout, colour, typography and user experience.
Proven experience in designing user interfaces and digital products.
Demonstrable UI/UX design skills supported by a strong portfolio.
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficient in design, prototyping and wireframing tools, particularly Figma.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Comfortable working with project management, documentation and cross-functional teams
Good understanding of current UI/UX trends, techniques and technologies.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
Basic understanding of coding is an advantage, particularly HTML, CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
