Responsibilities:

Lead End-to-End Product Design and User Experience:

• Full feature design lifecycle ownership: Full ownership the entire design lifecycle from discovery, research, and ideation, defining UX flows and UI specs, overseeing development rollout, and iterating post-launch based on user feedback and product analytics.
• Pioneer AI Interaction Patterns: Design forward-thinking UX patterns tailored for AI systems (agentic workflows, conversational interfaces, and intelligent automation).
• Scale the Design System: Build, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive, scalable design system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration with the Product and R&D leadership to ensure technical feasibility and high execution quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design (UX/UI) for complex B2B SaaS platforms in the cybersecurity domain- Must!
• UX expertise: Proven experience in user research, information architecture and complex user flows.
• Graphic design expertise: Strong command of typography, color, layout, grids and iconography, with a sharp eye for detail. You can turn dense security data into clean, polished screens, like dashboards, tables and charts.
• Strong, comprehensive portfolio: Demonstrating end-to-end case studies, strategic problem-solving, information architecture, and top-tier visual execution.
• Hands-on mastery: Deep expertise in building interactive prototyping.
• Startup mindset: Self-driven, able to thrive in an agile environment, with strong communication skills in English and Hebrew.
