Summary

Product Designer joining a 30+ person cross-functional team in Kraków building INFRAPORT, a SaaS platform for water utilities that combines IoT data, maps, and analytics. The role is end-to-end and problem-focused rather than UI-only: defining problems, designing data-heavy dashboards and map-based interfaces in Figma, prototyping, and writing Solution Requirements for development teams.

You will be part of a cross-functional team of 30+ people, including Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product & Design, and IT Architecture, working on web and mobile products.

We build INFRAPORT which is a data-driven SaaS platform for water utilities worldwide. Our solutions help reduce water loss through leak detection and measurement technologies, combining IoT data, geospatial systems (maps), and advanced analytics.

As a Product Designer, you will work closely with Product & Design, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to design solutions end-to-end - from problem definition to delivery.

This is not a UI-focused role. You will define problems, shape solutions, and prepare Solution Requirements used directly by development teams.

You will work on complex, data-heavy systems that support real-world infrastructure decisions - including dashboards, monitoring tools, and map-based interfaces.

We work collaboratively - sharing ownership, challenging ideas, and building solutions as a team on daily basis.

  • Experience in Product Design / UX / UI (commercial projects, preferably SaaS)
  • Strong UX skills in designing complex systems and workflows
  • Experience with data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, maps, analytics tools)
  • Experience working with custom Design Systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working in Jira
  • Strong prototyping skills
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and understand technical constraints
  • Experience in cross-functional product teams
  • Very good communication skills (tech + business)
  • Strong English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with GIS / map-based systems
  • Experience with data visualization or IoT platforms
  • Experience in B2B / enterprise SaaS

This role is NOT for you if:

  • You focus mainly on visual/UI design without solving product problems
  • You don’t have experience working on complex systems or data-heavy products
  • You are not comfortable working closely with engineers and discussing technical constraints
  • You prefer clearly defined JIRA tasks instead of owning problems and shaping solutions
