Responsibilities:
- Managed technical and quality matters for fastener products.
- Specialised in material science, coatings, and protective coating systems.
- Investigated customer complaints and conducted root cause analysis.
- Collaborated with suppliers to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications.
- Conducted supplier audits, site visits, and First Article Inspections.
- Reviewed batch test reports and monitored supplier quality performance.
- Provided technical support for fastener applications within the construction industry.
- Coordinated with customers and suppliers to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
Requirements：
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
