【Product Development】Partner Solutions Manager, Pre-Sales to Delivery
Description
★Why this business exists
Brain sensing hardware has become good and cheap, but user value has not kept pace. Today's devices sense well and respond poorly. We build the response half, validate it, and license it.
Myndland by ExeBrain designs brain health programs for B2B partners to deploy under their brand. A program is a guided, multisensory workout moving users into states like calm, focus, recovery, sleep, or memory. We provide design and proof; partners keep the product, brand, and customer.
Our programs are engaging and effective: sessions measurably move the brain, and users return. Designed by clinical psychologists, they are validated through years of patient practice and backed by 10+ patents.
★The role
You own the partner from technical discovery through launch and into the expansion conversation that follows.
You report to our Tech Business Lead, who runs the commercial relationship and owns the terms. You shape what is inside the deal and own whether it lands. You will join partner conversations while terms are still moving, so that what goes into the agreement is something we can deliver on a date we believe. This is a two-person motion, not a handoff.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will not have direct reports, and you will need clinical psychologists, researchers, and engineers who do not report to you. Getting work out of people who do not answer to you is a skill, and it is one of the skills we are hiring for.
★What you will do
◆Join partner conversations from technical discovery onward: understand their device, their signal, their app, their users, their release process, and their regulatory posture, then tell them plainly what we will and will not do
◆Map partner needs to our program library and identify the gaps honestly, including the times the honest answer is that we are not the right fit yet
◆Design the pilot: define what we are proving, how it will be measured, what we bring, and what the partner has to bring
◆Write the scope of work: deliverables, milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and the explicit list of what we are not committing to. Anything vague at signature becomes an argument at launch, and you are the person who prevents that
◆Run delivery end to end: kickoff, integration planning, program configuration and localization, partner team enablement, QA, and launch
◆Coordinate our internal side across clinical, research, and engineering, sequencing their work against partner deadlines that are rarely convenient
◆Hold the relationship after launch: performance review, outcomes reporting, and the expansion conversation that a successful launch earns
◆Bring the field back to the product: a request from one partner is noise, the same request from four partners is a roadmap item, and you are the one who will notice
◆Build the delivery playbook as you go, so that the fifth partner costs a fraction of the first. We are not hiring someone to run one launch well; we are hiring someone to make
