Product Enablement Manager
Job Summary:
Quick Quack Car Wash is seeking a skilled Change Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementation and oversight of change initiatives related to new technologies, product enhancements, process improvements and innovation rollouts across Quick Quack locations. This candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions, minimize disruption and increase adoption of Quick Quack driven initiatives.
· Change Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that align with QQ goals, timelines, and stakeholder needs.
· Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify, analyze, and prepare key stakeholders for change. Build strong relationships across departments including Operations, Maintenance, Training, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
· Communication & Training:
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective communication plans and training materials that support adoption and minimize resistance.
· Impact Assessment:
Assess the impact of changes on business units, workflows, systems, and personnel. Propose strategies to mitigate risks and resistance.
· Implementation Support:
Partner with project managers, R&D engineers, and operational leaders to ensure successful pilot programs and scaled rollouts.
· Performance Monitoring:
Measure the success of change initiatives through key performance indicators (KPIs), feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field
· 5–8 years of experience in change management, ideally in a multi-site operations or R&D environment
· Experience in the car wash, automotive, retail, or service industries is a plus
· Familiarity with change management methodologies
· Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
· Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with cross-functional teams
· Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
· Ability to create tailored change strategies that align with organizational culture and goals
· Experience with tools like JIRA, Smartsheet’s or Microsoft Suite
· Skilled at presenting and facilitating discussions with stakeholders at all levels
· Ability to assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans
· Comfortable using data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of change efforts
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
· Able to pivot quickly when priorities or project scopes shift
· Familiarity with technology-driven change (e.g., new hardware/software rollouts, automation tools)
Working Conditions:
· Full-time, on-site position

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
