Purpose of role

We are seeking a Product Growth Manager to own the commercial growth motion, channels, segments, acquisition, and price modelling and to set the strategy, run the performance model, and make the engine efficient.

Key responsibilities

  • Growth strategy - Set the quarterly growth plan — which segments, which channels, in what order, and why. Own it end-to-end.
  • Segmentation & targeting - Define ICP, segment priorities, and the message-channel-segment matrix. Keep it current as the market shifts.
  • Performance marketing - Own paid acquisition — CAC, ROAS, channel efficiency. Brief and manage the Performance Marketeer on execution.
  • Campaign execution & testing - Design and run A/B tests. Own the attribution model and the feedback loop from performance data to strategy.
  • Product-led growth - Identify and scope PLG loops — referral mechanics, freemium triggers, and in-product signals that feed the sales motion.
  • Price modelling - Model how pricing changes affect conversion, expansion, and segment mix. Feed analysis to the Director and Product Ops Specialist.
  • Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor's degree.
  • 4 to 7 years in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, or commercial strategy — with direct ownership of acquisition targets.
  • Experience in running paid acquisition campaigns with budget ownership, not just contributing to them.
  • Experience in building pricing models that informed commercial decisions.
  • Experience in designing and running A/B tests with a documented methodology.
  • Understanding of PLG mechanics and how to design in-product acquisition loops.
  • Great writing skills; writing commercial briefs is a core output of this role and must be readable without translation.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Fluent in AI tools as the default way of working — not an occasional user.
