Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting
• Position Title: Product Manager
• Working Location: City Hall
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus
• Duration: 1 year contract

Key Responsibilities

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand their needs and clearly define the problems to be solved.
• Prepare proposals to justify resource requirements and secure project funding.
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to track product performance and progress.
• Identify assumptions, develop product strategies, and plan initiatives to achieve product goals.
• Develop the product roadmap and work with the team to achieve goals within the planned timeline.
• Work closely with designers and software engineers to develop, test, and release products.
• Measure product outcomes and continuously improve the product based on results and feedback.
• Engage and support users to encourage product adoption and effective usage.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering measurable business or product outcomes.
• Experience working with design and engineering teams throughout the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq is an advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Product Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional, or related certifications are an advantage.
