Product Manager ( 6month contract )
Summary
6-month contract Product Manager in Singapore's Central Region owning a digital wallet product, with day-to-day work on MAS regulatory compliance, risk, AML and fraud requirements while driving end-to-end product development with product, tech, operations and compliance stakeholders. Pays SGD 3,500-4,000/month; engaged via recruitment firm PERSOL.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for product business that cuts across customer experience, compliance, risk management, regulatory, and operations management.
Conduct continuous reviews of regulations relating to MAS, compliance, risk, AML, fraud, and other digital wallet requirements.
Manage multiple stakeholders across product, partner, technology, operations, regulatory, and compliance functions, delivering initiatives across various technical platforms within established timelines.
Build strong relationships across stakeholder groups and effectively influence and communicate with various business units and senior management stakeholders.
Define and develop improvement opportunities across customer experience, product awareness, and sales performance targets.
Drive end-to-end product development and deployment activities, including opportunity identification, product discovery, stakeholder engagement, deployment planning, execution, launch, and post-launch performance measurement.
Apply strong analytical and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills to investigate underlying drivers, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions.
Refine and enhance customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with marketing, channel teams, partners, and other key stakeholders.
